Home For the Holidays?

As this time of year creeps up on us, it is important to know how much your family loves you. I am so amazed at the love that not only my family has shown to me but also others. I am going to be moving to Southern California here on the 17th of December. Once again Leaving my family in western New York. They love and support that they have shown me these past couple of weeks has been truly inspiring.
From the long talks at night to make sure that I am happy with everything that is happening. To just the time they have gone out of their way to spend time with me. Wednesday night I had the opportunity to "hang out" with my oldest cousin Sierra. After dinner and the high school basketball game that we went to we had the chance to just talk. In that conversation with her I realized how important not only immediate family is, but also extended family. I am so grateful for my parents and their family in helping me out with everything that is happening.
Also though I am grateful and shocked at how much my Fiance's family has helped me out as well, with moving to the other side of the country and everything else. I am so grateful for her mother, father, brothers, and sister; they have truly shown me love when they really did not know a lot about me. Ok so I was a missionary in their ward and spent time at their home, and also have had the opportunity to "hang out" with Curtis and Kerry when they cam to New York. But they have been a great example of Christ like love and I thank them for that!
Further it is so wonderful to see how families work and the love that is shown, well at least in my family. I am so grateful for all of them and would not pass any of them off but, hope to in the future be able to help them as they have helped me. I am so so grateful and can not wait to see everything else that is about to happen. As the holidays are my favorite time of the year, so bring them all on!
